Job description:

  • Assist management of the company in his day to day routine in areas such as administrative assistance, emails ,written communication,
  • Inter departmental coordination
  • Any other task assigned by the management and be the face of the management and handle it with utmost honesty , confidentiality and sincerity
  • Coordinate with head of department for various actions points.
  • Minute every meeting with relevant action points and follow up for actions
  • Advice the management on important organizational and strategic decisions as and when required
  • Analyze KRA & KPI of employee’s
  • Conduct Training for improve employee’s interpersonal skills

Job specification:

  • Excellent in Verbal/Non Verbal communication
  • MBA- with above 70% marks / CS Inter
  • Hands-on experience as Management Trainee
  • Strong Decision Making and Leadership Skills

Job description:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
  • Create billings for order as per standard discount rate
  • Ensure Sales receipts and billings should be sealed with signature
  • A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • You must be able to efficiently respond to any telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • You must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • Meets monthly sales and collections goals as provided by management
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely manner and according to the desires of customers
  • Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism
  • Make a sales target and share it with marketing executives to achieve a monthly basis.
  • Preparations of MIS reports
  • Handling marketing tools
  • To ensure customer accounts should not convert to bad accounts
  • To ensure executives are reaching with all the customers
  • Ensure our product and services should be more than customer expectation (MCE)

Job description:

  • Create and execute a territory sales and collection plan that meets or exceeds established sales and collection targets and supports Company revenue targets
  • Execute to achieve weekly sales and collection targets
  • Identifying new markets and business opportunities and arranging meetings with the potential customers
  • Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position solutions to meet surfaced needs
  • Continuously expand customer understanding and capabilities
  • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers
  • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time needs
  • Work effectively with internal support departments (sales, marketing, finances to promote sales of new and existing customers
  • Attend painters meet and other sales association meetings to promote product and brand
  • Complete daily sales activity reports and related reports to sales depts. in a timely manner
  • Handling of complaints of the customers and providing them an accurate solution at the earliest

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Male candidates only
  • Fresher’s are welcome, Graduation or Post Graduation
  • Work experience in sales is also fine
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
  • Ready to relocate.
